The main purpose of the podcast is to amplify the voice of potential female Running Mates for the 2022 General election with an aim of promoting and increasing the number of capable, deserving and qualified women leaders in political space and general leadership. There has been an increase in number of Kenyan women in County assemblies, National Assemblies, Senate and Executive through affirmative seats and appointments. The numerical increase has not necessarily addressed the quality of leaders taking up those positions. Women leaders are left out during political processes due to: limited visibility, lack of proper planning and training, unavailability of resources, gender based violence among others
